Rain was falling softly over the quiet city. Liam Carter sat by the window of his small apartment, staring at the glowing screen of his laptop. It was 2:17 AM. Everyone was asleep, but Liam couldn't sleep. Something felt wrong tonight. The air felt heavy, like the world was waiting for something to happen. Suddenly, a notification appeared on his screen. Unknown Sender. He hesitated for a moment before opening the message. "If you are reading this, Liam… it means they haven't found you yet." His heart started beating faster. "But they will." Liam's fingers froze above the keyboard. The message ended with three words he never expected to see again. Trust no one. —M.
